What We Believe

To put a label on us, we are a conservative, non-institutional Church of Christ. We believe that those who faithfully obey the scriptures will be rewarded with a home with our Father in heaven. Believing this, we earnestly strive to rightly divide the scriptures. Based on that fact, I will simply list a few bullets about what we believe:

We believe that baptism (complete submersion) is necessary for salvation
We believe that Jesus was crucified for our sins, buried, and rose on the third day
We believe that we are to partake of the Lord's Supper EVERY first day of the week
We believe that the New Testament is our new covenant and that the Old Testament is for our learning
We believe that Jesus accomplished everything He set out to do and that He will NOT be returning for a 1000 year reign here on earth
We believe that once you are saved you CAN fall from grace
We believe that instrumental music does NOT belong in the worship service

If you feel that we are erring in any of our beliefs, please bring that to our attention. We would love to sit down and study with you. As mentioned above we believe that those who follow the scriptures will be saved. If we were erring in any of our beliefs, you would be doing us a GREAT favor if you brought that to our attention.
